The Accounting Department handles the financial transactions for

Claims Services
The Claims Services Division is responsible for handling and settling
claims. They work with Divisional Support's Special Investigations
Unit (SIU), Minor Impact Soft Tissue Unit (MIST), and industry officials

- Assist the Divisional Material Damage Managers with the overall reinspection program as well as other programs and projects as they become necessary. Assist in the corrective measures to be taken for problem vendors.
- Assist the Divisional Material Damage Managers with the selection and training of the various direct repair shops.

Material Damage Auditor/Re-Inspector

College degree preferred. Must have a minimum of four years experience in automotive damage appraisal in the insurance industry, or equivalent repair industry experience. Experience with Commercial claims/appraisals preferred.

| Specific Abilities: |
Must be able to travel extensively throughout the ANPAC operating territory. Must have experience in computerized estimating systems such as CCC Pathways, ADP, or Mitchell, and/or be able to read and understand the information presented in these different formats. Must have extensive knowledge of both insurance and repair industry terminology and procedure and be able to effectively communicate with vendors, staff, and other contacts. Must keep up to date on inter-industry continuing education such as I-CAR, Boat and Motorcycle repair.

| Position Information: |
- Conduct desk audits of repair estimates and supplements from CCR shops, IA's, and Staff Appraisers by utilizing CCC Accumark software. A review of all audits will be conducted with the appraisal source to discuss compliance to ANPAC guidelines, proper estimating procedures, rate compliance, and to insure the appraisal source understands and agrees to the audited estimate amount.
- Maintain ongoing communication with Material Damage Coordinators and Specialists regarding audit results, severity reduction opportunities, procedural issues, cycle time reduction, and assistance with catastrophic losses.
- Assist the DRP/IA Advisors in the management of over 1400 shops on the ANPAC Car Care Repair Direct Repair Program. Insure shop compliance with ANPAC repair and procedure guidelines. Maintain records for all shops including current labor rates, severity figures, cycle times, and customer service issues.
- Assist the DRP/IA Advisors with the field re-inspection program as necessary. Field re-inspections will utilize CCC Accumark Software to reduce and control severity, maintain guideline compliance, and insure proper repair procedures are being followed. Close contact will be maintained with the staff appraisers to assist them in maintaining an active re-inspection presence.

Senior Customer Service Representative

| Position Information: |
- Hours will vary from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm to 10:00 am to 6:30 pm depending on need. Position will be required to work rotating Saturdays and Holidays and will be in leadership role during these times.
- Handle large volume of inbound calls from clients, agents, third parties, etc.
- Qualify new claims with vehicle owners for Car Care Repair.
- Based on initial interview with the caller, the CSR will provide proper direction for clients and third party claimants regarding initial responsibilities after a claim, for such things as mitigating damage actions, rental, towing, etc.
- Determine the need to escalate claim situations, make contact with claims personnel or managers, provide all needed information to expedite calls in catastrophic situations as well as other extenuating circumstances.
- Work with after hours service providers making sure new claim reports are received, printed, input and imaged.
- Certain situations occur which may require moderate contact with Manager, Supervisor or Team Leader to determine the proper method for handling calls or entering a claim into the claim system.
- When working on weekends or holidays may make decisions which are out of the ordinary regarding escalations, and emergency calls.
